A cement mason had just gotten all the ingredients in the mixer for a batch of mortar and was leaning on his shovel, watching to make sure everything was mixing right.
+++At that moment, a well-dressed new college graduate came up to the superintendent and said he needed a job.
+++Not knowing what type of job the young man was looking for, the superintendent asked him what he could do.
+++Looking over at the cement mason, the young man said, “Well, I can lean on a shovel better than that guy!”
