A cement mason had just gotten all the ingredients in the mixer for a batch of mortar and was leaning on his shovel, watching to make sure everything was mixing right.
At that moment, a well-dressed new college graduate came up to the superintendent and said he needed a job.
Not knowing what type of job the young man was looking for, the superintendent asked him what he could do.
Looking over at the cement mason, the young man said, “Well, I can lean on a shovel better than that guy!”
